Francisca has been cleaning homes across Southwest Florida since 2023. In 2026 she formalized the business as Fresh Hogar LLC, registered it with the State of Florida, and added full insurance and bonding so her clients would be protected on paper as well as in practice.

What she enjoys most is the part most people overlook: building a real relationship with a handful of households and keeping them consistently clean over time. Not one-off jobs — homes she looks after month after month, where the standard never slips and she is trusted with a key.

She is honest about the work. It is physically hard and it is not glamorous. But walking out of a home that is genuinely clean, knowing the family will walk into it that evening, is what makes it worth doing.

Licensed, insured, and bonded — verify it yourself

Most cleaning companies say they are “licensed and insured.” We publish the documents so you can check:

• Florida LLC — Document No. L26000358052, active with the Florida Department of State. Search it yourself at sunbiz.org.
• General liability insurance — $1,000,000 per occurrence / $2,000,000 aggregate, underwritten by Lloyd’s of London.
• $10,000 janitorial bond — Issued by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company.

Here is why this matters. If something in your home is damaged during a cleaning, the insurance covers it — not you. If anything were to go missing, the bond reimburses you up to $10,000. Two independent layers of protection, both verifiable before you ever hand over a key.
